Wardrobe, the peer-to-peer digital marketplace to rent women’s and men’s clothing and accessories from people’s closets, has struck a fashion and sustainability partnership with The Gregory Hotel in New York. This is the first hotel partnership launch for Wardrobe.

What’s the story behind the creation of the Ariana Ost label?

I started the Ariana Ost label in 2016 as a brand to reflect my lifestyle and passions. I am a jewelry designer by trade and am a mom, homemaker and yogi in my personal life so I merged them all. I now design jewelry for the home and table and have entered the wellness space as well. I started the brand to reflect my style through a jewelry approach to design, I named the brand Ariana Ost as a tribute to my late mother whose maiden name was Ost. I am business partners with my father so this is a family business through and through. The DNA of the company is design through a lens of warmth and hospitality.

What can we expect from Ariana Os over the next few years?

We can expect to grow into our design categories and build out our offerings across children’s, tabletop, home decor, and wellness. I want to keep designing as my life evolves into imagining more jewelry-like objects that have an emotional impact and keep our audience inspired. We are trying to evolve and be mindful of the designs we create to make sure each one has a purpose and feels special, we want our pieces to be cherished as modern day heirlooms that are timeless.

It’s always a fun show that features large brands as well as smaller brands, like the ones we shined a light on below. I had the pleasure of sashaying up and down those trade show aisles scouting out some new super-cool items I spied with my little eye at the AD show this year!
