Elevating The Everyday

The colors reflect the vibrations and frequencies of light and energy associated with each chakra center. 

Their meaning is related to the function of its associated chakra. They also create symbolism of attributes of each energetic point of the body. There is a strong connection of color and emotion. When the chakra points are functioning optimally it allows for harmonic flow.

Meditating is micro as it is within us, we are looking inward.

Prayer is macro in the sense that we are looking outside of ourselves and connecting to something bigger.

We can control how we position our bodies now lets use the poses to work on how we position our frame of mind.

Going upside down allows us to see right side up, it changes our perspective. Inversions re-oxygenate our body and move our energy around. They allow energy to flow more fluidly revitalizing our organs. These poses are both uplifting and grounding at the same time.
