Progress and Regress... Shine light on the Shadows

Hello Hello,

So much progress, yet so much regression? How can that be? I have found myself trying to close out the year with doing more journaling and introspection. Life has been so go go go again and when we are in go mode we miss the nuances. When we pause or have moments alone we can really reflect and resolve. I try to self assess and observe to grow with compassion. I don't shy away from adversity but when it confronts me... I ask what is this here to teach me? How can I grow from this? What shadow side of myself is showing and how can I shine light on it?When I look back at my goals for 2021 I feel pretty grateful overall.My priorities were:-to build community and relationships for inspiration and support-to grow the brand in a meaningful and organic way-to show up and be present in my life-to savor every fleeting little moment-to focus on self care and rituals- to be consistent in every facet of my life as it is all connected.I would say for 2022 its more of the same- just to enjoy all the fruits of my labor, change and progress.
